Pokémon VGC 2016 World Championships

After the conclusion of a long and hard-fought VGC 2016 season, it's time for the 2016 World Championships to take place! On August 19-21, the best players across the globe in San Francisco, California to battle it out to find the best overall player this season! Players competed for a piece of this tournament's $51,500 prize pool and, most importantly, the chance to become the 2016 World Champion!

The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) was in San Francisco to broadcast the World Championships throughout the weekend with Ray Rizzo, Duy Ha, Evan Latt, Jay Blake, and Aaron Zheng as casters.
