The first Pokémon VGC 2019 Oceania Special Event took place as 41 players traveled to compete at the 2019 Melbourne Open on September 1-2, 2018. Players battled through 6 Swiss Rounds where the top 8 advanced to a single-elimination bracket to determine the winner!
