Pokémon VGC 2022 Salt Lake City Regional

The ninth VGC 2022 Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield and the first played in the Series 12 format was held as 163 players traveled to compete at the 2022 Salt Lake City, Utah Regional on March 19-20, 2022! Players battled through 8 Swiss Rounds where the top 8 players advanced to a single-elimination bracket to determine the winner!

The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) was in Salt Lake City to broadcast this event with Rosemary Kelley, Adam Dorricott, Joe Brown, and Gabby Snyder as casters.
