The second VGC 2023 Latin American Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Special Event played in Regulation C was held as 88 players traveled to compete at the 2023 Lima, Peru Special Event on May 27-28, 2023! Players battled through 7 Swiss Rounds where the top 8 players advanced to a single-elimination bracket to determine the winner.
